1. Who you are contracting with

This website is operated by Alfi Mart. Our business details are:

Where a product page shows a different seller under "Sold by", your contract for that item is with that seller, and Alfi Mart operates the marketplace, the checkout and the customer service process that supports it.

2. Where we sell and ship

Alfi Mart is an online retail business established and registered in Egypt, operating from Damietta. We present separate storefronts for the countries we serve. The country you select in the delivery-location picker determines which products are available to you, the currency shown, the VAT treatment, the delivery fee and the delivery estimate.

We currently sell and deliver within Egypt only. Orders are dispatched from Egypt, and the delivery estimate shown for your address at checkout is the one that applies to your order. See Shipping and Delivery.

3. Your account

You must give accurate information when you register and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has used it. We may suspend or close an account that is used for fraud, abuse, or repeated non-collection of deliveries.

4. Products, descriptions and images

We work to describe every product accurately, including specifications, options, condition and available quantity. Images are provided to help you identify the item; colours can appear differently on different screens and packaging can change without notice.

All products are new unless the product page states otherwise. Brand names, model numbers and trademarks shown on product pages belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the product being sold.

If a product is not as described, you may return it under our Returns and Refunds policy.

5. Prices and taxes

• Prices are shown in the currency of the storefront you are browsing and are the prices that apply at the time you place your order.
• Prices are inclusive of any VAT that applies on the storefront you are shopping on. The product page states the rate included in the displayed price, and the order summary shows the tax line before you confirm. Nothing is added on top after you see the total.
• Delivery charges are shown separately in the cart and at checkout before you confirm.
• We may change prices at any time, but a change after you have placed an order does not affect that order.

We take care to price correctly. If an obvious pricing or description error is found after you order, we will contact you before dispatch and you may either confirm the order at the corrected price or cancel it for a full refund. We will not simply dispatch at the wrong price or cancel without telling you.

6. How an order is formed

1. You add items to the cart and place the order at checkout.
2. We send an acknowledgement that we have received your order. This is not yet acceptance.
3. We review stock, delivery address and payment. For manually verified payment methods we also confirm that the transfer has been received.
4. The contract is formed when we confirm the order or dispatch the item, whichever happens first.

We may decline an order where the item is out of stock, the address cannot be served, the payment cannot be verified, or we reasonably suspect fraud. If we decline an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

7. Payment

The payment methods we accept, and how each one is verified, are listed on the Payment Methods page. Orders paid by a manually verified method stay pending until we confirm the funds. We never ask for your card security code, bank password or wallet PIN by phone, email or chat.

8. Delivery

Delivery fees, free-delivery thresholds and delivery estimates are set out on the Shipping and Delivery page and are shown again at checkout. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you gave us or to a person at that address.

9. Cancellations, returns and refunds

You can request a return for any product within 14 calendar days after delivery. The full conditions, the process, refund timing and the limited cases where a refund may be reduced are set out in the Returns and Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

10. Reviews, questions and other content you submit

Reviews and questions must be your own honest experience. Do not post unlawful, offensive, misleading or personally identifying content, and do not post on behalf of a seller or competitor. We may remove content that breaks these rules. By posting, you allow us to display and store that content on the site.

11. Selling on Alfi Mart

If you apply to sell through Sell with Us, you confirm that you are entitled to sell the products you list, that your listings are accurate, and that you will honour the delivery and returns commitments shown to customers. We review listings before they are published and may reject or remove any listing.

12. Acceptable use of this website

Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, scrape it at a rate that harms its operation, introduce malicious code, or use it for any unlawful purpose. The site, its design, text and logos are owned by Alfi Mart or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

13. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, for business losses, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. We do not limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

15. Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any complaint directly.
