AlfiMart is an online store and marketplace. We sell our own products, and approved independent sellers can also sell on AlfiMart through their own seller accounts. Every product page shows who sells the item under Sold by and who dispatches it under Ships from.
When AlfiMart is the seller, we dispatch the order ourselves. When a marketplace seller is the seller, that seller dispatches the order. Whoever the seller is, you pay AlfiMart at checkout, and customer service and return requests for every order go through AlfiMart. Businesses can apply to sell through Sell on AlfiMart; each seller store is reviewed before its products go live.
