Where we ship from, and where we deliver

Alfi Mart is established in Egypt and dispatches orders from Damietta, Egypt. We currently deliver to: Egypt. Select your country in the delivery-location picker before you shop: it controls which products are available to you, the currency, the VAT treatment, the delivery fee and the delivery estimate you will see.

If your country is not listed, we cannot deliver to it yet. We do not deliver to PO boxes for items that require a signature.

Delivery charges

  • The standard delivery fee is EGP 90 per order.
  • Orders with an eligible subtotal of EGP 500 or more qualify for free standard delivery.
  • The exact fee for your address is always calculated and displayed in the order summary before you place the order. The amount you see at checkout is the amount you pay.
  • Fees can differ by country and by item where an item is bulky, heavy or requires special handling. Any such difference is shown at checkout, not added afterwards.

Dispatch and delivery times

Orders are reviewed after they are submitted. Orders paid by a manually verified method — Vodafone Cash or bank transfer — are dispatched only after the transfer has been confirmed, so please enter the transaction reference at checkout to avoid a delay.

  • Handling time: normally the same or next business day after the order is confirmed.
  • Delivery within Egypt: 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Public holidays, weather, courier backlogs and customs inspections can extend them. If an order passes its latest estimated date, see "Late or missing packages" below.

VAT on your order

Prices shown on each storefront are inclusive of any VAT that applies there. The product page states the rate included in the displayed price, and the order summary shows the tax line before you confirm. VAT is not added on top at checkout — the total you see before confirming is the total you pay.

Tracking your order

Sign in and open Your Orders to see the current status of each order and any tracking reference we have received from the courier. We also email order updates to the address on your account.

Receiving your delivery

Please make sure someone can receive the package at the address and phone number you gave us. Couriers normally attempt delivery more than once and will call the number on the order. Check the package before you sign for it where you can.

If an item arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, report it to customer service as soon as possible and keep the packaging. Include clear photos when we ask for them — this lets us resolve it quickly under the Returns and Refunds policy at no cost to you.

Failed or refused deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed because nobody is available, the address is wrong or incomplete, or the phone number does not answer, the courier will return the package to us. We will contact you to arrange a redelivery or to process a refund. Where the failure was not caused by us, the original delivery charge may not be refundable.

Late or missing packages

If your order has passed its latest estimated delivery date, contact customer service with your order number. We will trace the shipment with the courier and either arrange a replacement or refund you in full if it cannot be located.
